Washing Machine Tub Lids Spin Welding

The washing machine tub lid is a core sealing component of the inner tub, and its welding quality directly determines the sealing performance and service life of the washing machine. Washing machine tubs are produced in large volumes, requiring high welding efficiency. Washing machine tubes are often exposed to vibration and humid environments over long periods, which imposes extremely high requirements on the strength and air-tightness of the welded joint.


Traditional welding processes for washing machine tub lids are highly dependent on manual labor. The production cycle time is limited by manual speed, and the positioning accuracy of lids loading varies from person to person, making it difficult to ensure welding consistency.


Considering above condition, MP Sonic designed fully automatic spin equipment specially for washing machine tube lids welding.




I. Material: Normally PP, PE


II. Requirment: A. Air-tightness of welding; B. Neat surface after welding at joining area.
